START-UP
Start-up or start-up assistance should be handled by qualified technical personnel designated by the manufacturer, ICI Caldaie S.p.A., or its authorised Technical Service Centres. This step is critical in ensuring the proper commissioning of the installed boiler room.
ICI MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
Regular maintenance on the machinery and system components is essential in verifying their proper condition and operation, which is why it should be performed on a routine basis. Additionally, these tasks must be performed by ICI Powering Evolution or CAT in order to activate the warranty in accordance with the contractual terms. ICI’s annual maintenance contracts ensure scheduled servicing and offer various benefits, such as warranty extensions.
MANAGING MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES
The type and frequency of maintenance required depend on the size and type of generators and burners in use.
Below are the minimum intervals to ensure the proper functioning of the boiler room:
