THE PROJECT

The initial request of the customer involved the resolution of the problem of having a steam boiler destined for the research and development area, delocalised with respect to the primary steam distribution. The thermal power plant was built from scratch with a sandwich panel structure and positioned inside a GSX series steam boiler of 3 t / h producibility, equipped with a system for continuous operation without supervision up to 72 hours, economiser and other accessories to maximize performance

THE SOLUTION
After a careful comparison with the designer, a GSX 3000 series boiler was supplied which fully met the expectations and achieved the objectives sought in the delicate design phase: efficiency up to 95%, NOx atmospheric emissions below 100 mg / kWh and economy in management without the help of the ever present licensed driver.
